I placed an order and the item said "in stock, ready to ship". My order sat "processing" for 9 days only for them to email me and say "we're sorry, the item you ordered is out of stock". I cancelled the order, and they tell me "we order directly from the manufacturer, so we have to cancel the order through them, so your refund may take up to 10 business days to process". So they don't even stock ANYTHING, they are just a useless middle man up charging. And on top of all of that, the item is still listed as "in stock, delivery within 3 days" and has reported that through the whole process.

I order the parts for my truck and they arrived very quickly. Now I just have to put them on. Great experience with my order.

Your sales and advertising teams are doing a great job of luring customers in by sending so many emails on "discounts" and promotions with the fine prints. When we write reviews, they take close to a month if not more to receive a discount or gift code which isn't anywhere near worth taking the time to write something nice and take pics of the items we purchased. It's great that there are tons of options for upgrades and add-ons, but ordering multiple items and only having one ship the same day and the rest still showing in stock but not shipped is bad service and really misleading and confusing. I have received open box items when I never chose that option and had to wait two more weeks to receive a replacement that was new and unopened. Maybe the pickers and pullers in the warehouse need better training for more efficiency. I had two great experiences out of 5 with ordering from here. And this time(6th) is feeling like it's going to be another bad experience.

This purchase could not have gone any better. I'll definitely use and recommend American Trucks again.

Ordering was easy and received my order quick. Product was exactly what was listed and extremely happy with the quality of the product.

I received the Raptor running boards for my F150 four days after ordering. However the mounting hardware took almost a month. Found mounting hardware from another source much quicker. Would have been nice if Real Trucks had notified me when placing the order that they didn't have the mounting hardware in stock.

Good website, and smooth ordering process. Will be shopping here again, I'm sure. Good selection of parts.
