Great product easy install other than the bolts and brackets provided for the rear mount can cross threaded. Had to use different hardware to make it work.

Fast shipping was price was cheap but good quality
I ordered fronts and rear shocks for an f150. One of the rear shocks was was faulty and would not extend. The passenger front shock was mislabeled as a passenger, but was a driver. I had to send them back and I am still waiting for new ones to arrive.
Easy to Navigate the site. The shipping was good. Found the items that i needed for my truck.
After ordering the grille I tried to order a back up camera with the coupon I was sent via e-mail. Checkout wouldn't give me the coupon, so hence, no camera from American Truck's. Then my grille arrived with one of the spring clip pegs broken off, and not in the bag or the box which tells me it was broken off before it was packed. I paid an extra $125.00 to get a complete grille and no hardware was included either. The grille is on the truck and looks great, but, I'm still disappointed and probably will not make another purchase on this site.

Was fairly easy to find what I was looking for and in my price range. I would recommend doing all of your research and making sure you know exactly what you need and what setup you are looking for. It is super helpful to have picture of other customer vehicles to kinda get a rough idea of what it might look like.

Easy install, I had to bend the box slightly to fit. Still don't sit very well. I will fasten it some how. I was missing one garment as well. Overall, I don't totally regret it. Decent product.

This place is truly a joke. I ordered from here because of the high reviews and that is on me. I ordered a set of slotted rotars and pads. 1 rotar and the pads were delivered, showed up Saturday. I called about the other and was promised it was picked up at the exact same time and was just on a different truck. Last night nothing showed.
I called this morning only to have the guy blame it on Fed Ex and ask me why I didn't just go to Auto Zone, and I should have and will next time.
The other rotar is still at the dock and never shipped, which means that it was not at the dock with the other and was an afterthought. How can it be Fed Ex problem if the product was never there to be shipped? Why wasn't it with the other? Why was I promised it was definitely on a truck and would ve delivered later in the same day?
We leave from visiting family Thursday and I NEED what I ordered and was just told to deal with it and go to Auto Zone.
This company up to this point has my money and didn't ship everything and now even if they do it will be in MS when ill be headed back to KS because someone didn't do their job...but it's my fault for not just going to Auto zone according to customer service and it's Fed Ex problem for apparently not pulling the product themselves because it was never on the dock to be picked up.
Why wasn't it shipped after? They had a couple of days to do so and atleast it would be in transit.
1 order may not mean a thing at all, but I will never order from this company again, and I'll tell anyone and everyone how unprofessional and sleazy they are. Zero integrity.

Product arrived pretty quickly but came in with a few gouges out of it. Had to clean it up before install to avoid damage to gasket. Overall still pretty satisfied.

Ordered a exhaust tip that was an open box. Whoever packaged it but that package staple right on top so it got a real nice scratch. Besides that everything has been great!
