You guys sent me the wrong item cause it does not match my year of truck. I contacted help to resolve this issue and was told sorry for mistake. You guys need pictures to be submitted in order to review and refund. And then after that you would send out the correct item once that has occurred. I feel the process is ridiculous especially when you know that is was a error on your part not mine. Plus I just received the item today and immediately connectacted you about the issue with no delay. I feel a shipping label should of been giving to me or a location to drop off too. I feel then after that cause it's still brand new my item the correct one for my year should have been sent out once confirmation of the return. This is for the purchase of a pedal commander all this non sense. I won't be using you guys in the future at all. And I do order alot of things for my trucks and like the idea that you guys are local too.
I was pleasantly surprised when I found out that a product that was estimated to take a week to arrive, was actually delivered to the very next day. The quality and price of the items was better than other sites. Will definitely use again.

After finally getting the bumper installed I found that my receiver would not fit into the hitch. In fact it became stuck. I had to take the bumper back off and salvage my old hitch. Never buy from American Trucks again. Far from OEM.

I was pointed to American Trucks from a friend, and I was appreciative of what was available as options on the site for my truck. The checkout, purchase, and shipping went great. The quality of the product was as promised.
There are areas of opportunity that I think would help American Trucks.
1. Sort & Filter Feature Enhancements | When I was trying to sort and filter, I noticed that it was not working. I was trying to filter by a certain price and then sort from most affordable to most expensive. That filter and sort did not work. I had to read through all the products to finally get to what I was looking for.
Video Install Enhancements | I know that there are videos that exist on the site, but they are not great for mobile and I couldn't find something's specific to a 2018 Silverado. I think it could go a long way to have videos available that are "professional" in quality and accessible for mobile users.

UPDATE: AT contacted me on 6/27 and let me know that my order had shipped via FedEx and is expected to meet the promised delivery window. With no explanation and despite the aggravation, I am hopeful that AT will fulfill the order that was agreed upon when I clicked Buy.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Ordered an exhaust system on 6/23/2023. When placing the order, I based my purchase decision on the expected delivery of 6/28-6/30. I logged on to AT website on 6/26 to check status, only to find that it was scheduled to ship on 7/5. I contacted AT (via chat) at 1030 Eastern. Customer service rep (CSR) first told me that the product was being shipped directly to me from their supplier. The CSR subsequently said, "that the inventory feed we have for this item is incorrect at this time, and we are working to ensure all inventory information is correct and up to date." The CSR then said, "we are awaiting a reply from our manufacturer as to when we can expect our stocks to arrive." Which is it? Is the product I ordered shipping directly to me or is it shipping to AT and then being sent to me?
As of 2040 Eastern on 6/26, the AT website for the product I ordered shows "In Stock Free Delivery Thursday 6/29." It takes only a few minutes to update an internet listing, yet 10 hours after being told by the CSR they were working to update the inventory status, they are either enticing potential buyers with bogus delivery dates or not being truthful with me.

Answer: Only success story with this place is I know to NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! That's successful!
Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.

Answer: Yes, go a web search for the product you want. There are many other websites that want your business and have great customer service. American Trucks does not.
