Finally got the K&N installed after 5 hours! The worm clamp holding to stock unit on the throttle body took me 45 minutes to loosen using a 1/4" ratchet wrench one click at a time because there was no room for anything else. I have small hands so removal would have been impossible with larger hands. Once I got the stock components off the install went smoothly. Really like the way my truck sounds now. I notice more power and better city gas mileage so far.
First of my billstein 5100's were more expensive on this sight than other ones, but the shipping was faster ( or so I thought) so I decided to buy from here. Before I placed my order the delivery date was July 2nd, after my order was placed the delivery date changed to July 3rd. I was a little ticked that I got deceived but whatever. I got 1 of them today. That's when I noticed that American trucks sent them as individual shipments, i was like, WTH is wrong with them? So now I've spent all day trying to find my second one, the representatives here are no help, nor can I talk to a human at fedex. Seeing as they ship via fedex, I will not buy from them again. Maybe I'll get my second front shock, but I doubt it. Next time I'll save the money, and buy from another company that is deceptive and doesn't use fedex

Was looking for the best deal on WeatherTech wind deflectors for my truck. Found a good price and great shipping speed through American Trucks. Will definitely order through them again. By the way, you will need to Google how to videos on installing the deflectors. Not hard, but definitely some tips online for easier installation. If you install the front deflectors and your automatics windows come back down, try taking the deflector out, close your front window until about the width of the deflector is open, reinstall the deflector, pull out towards you on the deflector to "seat it" and try rolling the wi dow up again. I had to try several times until I found that tip. My auto windows kept rolling back up because of a little resistance. Closing the window almost all the way helped me get it right.
The mirror arrived on time and undamaged. It was packaged very securely. The cost of the mirror was equal to or cheaper than anywhere else on the net.Removal and Replacement of the glass took less than 30 minutes. I would shop here again and recommend this company for your part Replacement needs.

The order all came within the expected time, the only issue I had was the dash insert was the wrong one for my truck. I need to send it back for a refund.
I was excited to place my order, I received my approval through Affirm which was a big deal for me, however after having to go back and redo everything 4 times(just so i was sure it wasnt me screwing this part up) and just put it on my card, i was very disappointed in that process of payment. Affirm has always worked for me before, so i figure it was a problem with your website.

Everything about the ordering process regarding a brake kit for my F150 went very well. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful and the product arrived at my home much sooner than I was expecting.
I opted to include the installation that was advertised on the website. Unfortunately, the company to which my installation was assigned was one I knew well. They are a company that installs accessories, does window tinting, and replaces windshields. No where on their website nor at their facilities was there any indication that they installed brake kits. Since I knew the owner and had accessories installed there before, I knew this wasn't the place that should be assigned to install a brake kit on my vehicle. I called American Trucks to make them aware of the situation and was told they didn't have many installers in my area. I told them to cancel my install, refund my payment for the install, and I would find someone on my own.
Bottom line...great customer service regarding my product order but they had no idea who they were assigning my installation to.
I went with the RedRock Cold Air Intake. I found the best deal from American Trucks. I was satisfied with the ordering process on line. The delivery process. Came with very detailed installation instructions with Photos. And so far very satisfied with the product.
I've always received my orders faster than expected, and the quality is always top notch. I've ordered numerous small modifications (headlights, taillights, floor mats, etc) and I am always impressed by AT.

Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
