The ordering process was fine. I would have given my review 5 stars but there was a bit of a hiccup with Install Connect which was part of the order. There could have been better communication regarding that part of the order. It all worked out so I'm happy.
I bought 4 Full Throttle wheels from American Truck (AT) on 7/17/23. Received and inspected the wheels on 7/21/23. Found 2 of the wheels to have damage and imperfections. Sent photos to AT who agreed to an exchange of the 2 wheels. After spending countless hours talking to inept customer service reps and following all their requirements, the wheels are still sitting on my porch waiting for P/U 6 days after making the initial claim. Today I looked and found that these wheels are now out of stock. So if I could even get them to p/u the 2 damaged wheels it may be quite some time before I see replacement wheels. This company lacks integrity and does not comply with the law, which explains why they have not registered with the Oregon Sec. Of State to even do business in Oregon. They have a B- rating with the BBB. Avoid the headaches, find another company to do business with.
Received shipment in a timely order. Even had to call customer service with a question and they were very helpful. Very pleased! Have a long list of items that I will be purchasing in the future.
Order shocks because the web site said they were in "stock" and would delivered quickly. I recived an email to see if I had received my order. Have chatting with the site I found out my part were back ordered 2 months when I placed the order.

The case was easy to install and works just fine but my truck required three large washers for the hinge mount, and the kit only contained two.
Easy to find what I want to order and gives good details about what I ordered and prices are reasonable

Shipping was fast love the new exhaust! Would definitely recommend it and order other products from the website!
The chrome add-ons for the door knobs, doorhandles interior do not fit whatsoever. The glue does self adhesive tape does not is no good. I didn't actually put my own tape on and ended up screwing them onto the side to make it look good no the one for the dash the chrome piece for the dance to come out very good. It was a nice fit one for the steering wheel in the center. They come out very good on the product for you should interior door handles very poor, very poor design does not fit line whatsoever.

American Trucks were awesome to deal with customer services being exceptional.
Delivery On the other Hand were un-professional and do not replicate the same work ethic or pride.
Over all good, I thought my order was lost but my neighbor had it so everything came out good, no need for a second one to be shipped
The only problem I had from shipping is when the wheels arrived and on of the boxes looked like someone took a bat to it. Luckily the wheel was fine. Other than that everything was fine. They look awesome on the truck.
Ordered the S&B Cold Air Intake for my 2023 Silverado LT Trail Boss 6.2. The video you guys did on this was amazing. Super easy to follow. Great camera work and clear audio. Got my boys up early in Saturday and knocked it out in about an hour and 1/2. Would have been less, but lost the grommet once and had to find it when it dropped out. Product is great. Truck sounds amazing!

Almost sent safe back because I did not know the hardware was inside the safe, neither did your customer service. It would help to have a sticker on the safe or a note informing you that the hardware and key is inside the safe.
