Unnecessary torture in trying to return an item that does not fi as advertised

Tailgate came slightly damaged probably do to fed ex other then that it's fine I can fix it and use it

Wanted a leveling kit. Y'all had it in stock and at my door in less than 5 days total. Great experience. Will be buying more products.

I purchased a condenser for a 2016 Silverado, A full two weeks went buy and it still hadn't shipped. So I sent Email to find out why. They respond that basically they are the middleman that it gets shipped directly from the factory, which would have been fine. What upset me is that they make it appear as if it's already at American Trucks. They even have it showing in stock on their website. Which is so misleading it makes the person think they are dealing with American Trucks when you're not. So I ask about it, the lady basically said she didn't know and someone would let me know. Still no Condenser. I will never shop there again. If you want good service look elsewhere.

I've ordered many things for my trucks and always got the right items and on time or even sometimes ahead of schedule delivery date.

The parts fit perfectly and the service and shipping was quick.

$50.00 coupon offered was misleading pertaining to dates. Made me buy 399.00 lights and did not receive it. Not a nice way to create sales, you might make one sale, but I won't buy again from American Trucks

The order process was simple and items arrived before expected. Installation was a breeze however, the auto up function will sense the in channel fit and lower the window. While aggravating I'm hoping the shades will form to the channel. Overall, very satisfied!

American truck has been great, the customer service has been awesome across the board. The open box items have done wonders for me with many upgrades on my truck. Mod for days.you can't go wrong with the amount of available items to add to your truck. Also with amount of inspiration in the customer photos the ideas for add to your truck are endless. American Truck continues to improve their mobile experience too which allows shop to be a breeze. As a user I can easily find items. 5 stars all the way!

The ordering process was fine. I would have given my review 5 stars but there was a bit of a hiccup with Install Connect which was part of the order. There could have been better communication regarding that part of the order. It all worked out so I'm happy.

I bought 4 Full Throttle wheels from American Truck (AT) on 7/17/23. Received and inspected the wheels on 7/21/23. Found 2 of the wheels to have damage and imperfections. Sent photos to AT who agreed to an exchange of the 2 wheels. After spending countless hours talking to inept customer service reps and following all their requirements, the wheels are still sitting on my porch waiting for P/U 6 days after making the initial claim. Today I looked and found that these wheels are now out of stock. So if I could even get them to p/u the 2 damaged wheels it may be quite some time before I see replacement wheels. This company lacks integrity and does not comply with the law, which explains why they have not registered with the Oregon Sec. Of State to even do business in Oregon. They have a B- rating with the BBB. Avoid the headaches, find another company to do business with.

Received shipment in a timely order. Even had to call customer service with a question and they were very helpful. Very pleased! Have a long list of items that I will be purchasing in the future.
