Installation went very smooth until the ops test. Extension/Retraction works like it should, the fold/unfold works as it should, however the mirror up and down does not work but the left and right are backwards.

I returned two items that I no longer needed within a week of receiving them. I got two separate RMA numbers that state your return has been approved. I sent them back by USPS. I got a notification that they were delivered and received by American Truck. But did not get any refund. I contacted Jen S. At American Truck. She said yes they received them. But then asked for my tracking number before they could issue me a refund. I can't find the tracking number anywhere. I am not sure why the hell they need that to issue the refund Because Jen S. Absolutely told me yes they received the items back. Then why the heck I can't get a refund is beyond me. Does this make any sense to anyone. I am going out to many truck websites and telling people not to deal with American Trucks anymore. I have already had some great responses from many people thanking me and saying they have had issues with this company as well.

Overall experience is 1st Rate! Delivery was FAST! Installation was EASY! The only suggestions that I can make are 1. Send with some pictures/ basic instructions. With just a little guidance almost anyone can do this installation. 2. The left T-Light assembly was to close to the tailgate. A couple of easy remedies is 1. Glue a flat washer to 1 or both of the inside screw location's, or as I did, Gently remove material from the edge of the T-light assembly until the needed clearance is made.
Fast shipping, good communication and tracking. Product was correct and excellent.
