Went on the site looking for steering stabilizer and new front shocks for my Duramax. Site was user friendly and I quickly was able to find what I was looking for. None of the bs you find on other sites while looking for parts. 10/10 will buy again.
Shopping experience was easy as the site is well laid out/organized. The Order process was easy however on mobile devices I did have errors with the shopping cart freezing. Shipping was very quick, estimated 1 week delivery and parts came in 2 days. All packaging came in good shape, parts in product boxes also well packaged- no damage to any components. Descriptions of all components matched well. Only thing to note- instruction sets such as youtube videos- as great as they are- product design revisions are not kept up with super closely. Comparable pricing compared to other vendors.

DON'T PAY FOR THE FAST DELIVERY, I PAID FOR IT TO ARRIVE BY FRIDAY AND DIDN'T GET IT UNTIL SATURDAY EVENING.

UPS held the package for incomplete address. The APT. # was missing on the labels and it got held up waiting on me to complete the address. I went into my order receipt and it stated my apt number was listed on the ship to address.

It is always easy to navigate through American trucks.com. I always fine what I need for my trucks.
Something that could be shipped FedEx ground or UPS Ground they shipped freight and on top of that I have to sign a damage free form….yeah I won't be back
