The whole buying and installation experience was fast and I'm very satisfied how my 2023 f150 looks now. I highly recommend you choose the installation option when you purchase your part. The shop that installed my leveling kit was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the whole process and time it would take for install. Percent satisfied customer.

The only hiccup in my order was that FedEx separated my order and I received 3 wheels and later got the 4th one but the merchandise was not damaged and was delivered fast even with the exception of one item being separated.

Seat covers came quicker than I expected Installation was easy and they fit tightly. The extra padding makes the seat more comfortable. The fit is better than more expensive covers I have bought previously. So far they stay in place when exiting my truck Nice looking covers I am impressed 2015 F 150

I've ordered exhaust, wheels, side steps, and other accessories. Everything arrives quickly and in perfect shape. Having to decide which one to pick out of the multitude of options is the hardest part about ordering from this company. I keep going back to them when I'm looking for new accessories. Great company.

Ordered 2 items a center console cover and a dash chubby box. The dash box was perfect. However the console cover did not fit and was torn.spent 2 hr trying to use web site and made calls waiting for a hr and said 15min. Glad it was a cheap order I will not order from this country again. Lesson learned. On top of that they tried to to double my order after a phone call. Nope I'm done one my 1st order. And had a wish list over a 1k.

Everything was delivered in 2 to 3 days and we're all of quality materials.

Great products, great prices. I love American Trucks, sadly I am going to have to move on to another company due to the fact that they can only ship with FEDEX. FEDEX in my area sets up a time window and typically misses it for 2-3 days in a row. This time they delivered these heavy boxes at 10:45 PM and left them in front of my outward swinging screen door. The boxes sat outside all night, sadly this happened when I have purchased other items from AT, including Wheels. I asked American Trucks Customer Service if in the future I could choose a different shipping company, and I was informed that I could not. I would give a worse review, but the majority of this issue has to do with their shipper, I still like them, I just won't use them again.
