The bad news first. I ordered chrome infotainment folding mirrors for my Ram. When the box came, i took it to the installer, and found that one mirror was chrome, and one blace. Resolving that was a nightmare.
NIck, one of the service techs, was very helpful. But it took 19 emails, and a month to get it resolved.
And that's the good news, absent Nick's guidance, I'm sure I would have given up and lost $2,400.
Great company to order from. Ordered the MBRP Armor Plus cat-back exhaust system for my 2010 Ram 1500 and received it in 3 days. Quality, looks, and sound are awesome. Easy install.
I placed my order online, got updates as when my order was received and when it shipped as well as when it delivered.
First off when I put a po box for address to ship not knowing till next day I had to use physical address from email I received. Why did it let me put po box in first place if not allowed. So now this puts me a day further behind on getting the 4 shocks. I called to give physical address and I was told to complete order I must pay $4 an some change to get it shipped to physical address. Had already paid day before the whole balance of shocks $249.00. When shipping is free with order $119 or over. Last I checked $249 is over $119. But there's more. So I did receive my shocks Thursday at my physical address. Got home Thursday at 3pm an noticed the boxes they come in had already been opened an half $#*! job to try an close back. Upon inspection of shocks not only did they look like a possible return or shall I say open box deal that America trucks offer but I didnt order that cause I paid full price$249. Also there was hardware (bushings) from rear shock MISSING. With way everything was packaged an missing stuff proved I was not the first one to open them. So I call an let AT know everything. I was giving the run around a supervisor had to get back with me. Well of course Thursday was to late. Friday I call bout 8:30am. Again was given run around. Called back again Friday before noon an was told a supervisor was gonna contact me. That never did happen. So sat when I called I refused to get off phone until I talked to supervisor. Once I got connected to him the only thing I was offered was they would send out hardware (bushing) for rear shock. I said that wasn't good enough an they need to make it right by overnight it, give me discount on the pre opened box's. He replied with overnight would not happen an it wouldn't be till next week I'd get hardware an completely ignored the way I told him how the boxes they came in had been opened before I got them. I then said never mind ill order the hardware myself an hung up. Got me for $249 + over $4 for physical address.
I was notified about a $50.00 discount voucher on my first purchase, shortly after I had made my second purchase a week later. Now I received a $10.00 voucher for my next order. I really can't see myself ordering anything else so you can keep your vouchers.
