I have been shopping at American Truck for some time now and I stand by my words " Best price, Best service ". I always shop around the web for best prices on upgrades to my 2017 RAM. A major part for me is that I buy American. I trust American Truck and both quality and price pass with flying colors. That brings me to service. On my most recent purchase a delivery was missed. I contacted American Truck Customer Service and they assured me that my delivery was coming the next day, they were correct. Then I get an email asking if I got it! Who does that?
I rarely leave a rating let alone any comments but this was impressive to me. Thanks American Truck.

I was able to get an open box deal on fender flares. They arrived in just a couple of days and look great. The pictures on the website showed small scuffs but I can't even see them. Wouldn't matter anyway since they are being paint matched. Very nice experience

Product was great. Shipping cost for two plastic parts that weigh but ounces cost triple for shipping! ( $32 for product & $93 shipping; ridiculous!) Not satisfied with my experience with American Trucks due to how it was shipped!
Upper and lower control arms showed up promptly but struck out on back order. Not tearing it apart twice so I'm on hold

Good website navigation,tons of options and products are described properly. The running boards are very solid for the price and easy to install only took about 45 minutes to do myself and very clear instructions.
Quick and easy only downfall is the I ersize charge on bigger items
I ordered the Muffler Delete for my 2022 Silverado. The order came in 3-4 days. Install was pretty straight forward after watching a few videos from American Trucks and YouTube. Install took about 45 mins. It sounds like a truck now. I did not mess with the flapper yet. There is very little drone at highway speed. Anyone looking for an inexpensive alternative to a full cat-back exhaust, this would be it. I have no complaints.
Was a little upset I made my purchase and paid for my rotors separately and the pads and then found out y'all had a kit that was just a few dollars cheaper
