The choices for the 2011-2016 F250 mirrors could have been organized better. It should have been organized by price and or features. It made it confusing to purchase the correct one. But I figured it out

Easy to order from website and they told me that i could get an open box for almost half price with a few scuff marks on it. I took that option and they were correct in that it had a few scuff marks but nothing really noticeable so it was a pleasant thing to have them suggest that option for me. Thanks

Order was placed Sunday night and parts did not ship out until Wednesday. Received part on Friday. Kind of pointless to pay for two day shipping if it takes three days to even ship it out. Part was correct and fit well. Would purchase again.
Actually, I do need your assistance, Please I had ordered the stainless steel recessed inserts for my 2019 Super Duty Lariat Truck for the hood and rear tail gate. On the rear tail gate lettering I was sent (2) P's instead of an R. Please let me know if you will be able to help me out by sending me an R as I drive up the street it looks pretty silly ( SUPE DUTY) Please advise, Thank You for your help

Products came quickly. I haven't had the chance to put them on yet. Can't wait.
The item I purchased on 10/10/23 at 8:30am EST advertised 3 day shipping if ordered in the next 8 hrs, there's also a promo running for orders over $120 free 3 day shipping. This means delivery should have been on 10/13/23. As I write this review it's now day 5 and still no delivery. The best part about this is fedex tracking has it stuck in OH for 3 days and said my item should have been delivered yesterday (10/14/23) now it's going to be 6-7 days before I get my $800+ item that was advertised as 3 day delivery! Also I found the same item for $300+ cheaper on a competitors website. So needless to say my future business will be elsewhere unless this is addressed and corrected.

The hood had free shipping just pay an oversized freight charge. The website listed one company but hood was shipped with another company. It was passed to two additional companies before it was delivered to me damaged in a taped up box with multiple holes in it. Now I can return the damaged hood that I waited over a week for and wait for a replacement. Or pay for the body shop to repair the damage.
