Order was supposed to be here the 23rd never came in it's now the 25th and nothing no email updates or anything

Overall good experience! I will recommend it. The delivery was right on time.

American Truck is where I shopped for all my truck needs. I've done tons of mods on my Ford mostly all parts have been purchased to American Truck.

Everyone has been super helpful and friendly. However, this is the 2nd time I've purchased this product and the wrong item has been shipped.

I ordered new tail lights and they arrived within a few days. Easy to install.

I haven't installed it yet, however, I wish it had illustrations with the written directions. The instructions are not 100 percent clear to me.

I ordered a hood online and thought all was good and completed. Got my email saying order was placed then got another email say order was cancelled. Called to see why my order was cancelled and i was told due to security issue., then it was because my billing address didn't match my shipping address. That didn't make no since at all, if my billing is correct with my credit card what should it matter where i have my ordered shipped too. I think what really got me upset was have have the order get cancelled a second time. I was ready to take my business elsewhere. I honestly don't know if I will continue ordering anything else or even recommend anyone to do so. Very disappointed. Now i have find out when the hood is to be delivered to my home and be away from my shop. Myself being disabled will have no way of inspecting the hood for damages before i sign for it.

Ordered a graphic kit. It was for both sides of the vehicle. Drivers side - perfect. I didn't notice the passenger side arrived damaged until after the drivers side was already installed (wrinkled and creased on the end from moving around in the box). I immediately contacted them for a replacement for the pass side. A.T. Gave me a measley $25 refund and I had to order another complete kit. SMFH

Pretty fast shipping. Bought a 2.5" Rough Country Leveling Kit for my 2023 Ram 2500. I haven't installed it as of yet but once I do I'll submit the before & after pictures.
