Package didn't move after a few days. Contacted american trucks who then contacted fedex. Not sure if it was a replacement set or what but they made it here. I don't mind a delay as long as I get what I ordered and understand once its shipped its fedexes problem. Thank you for making it right!

Just got the shipment everything is there and it look great. ONE THING! This is called a cat-back system but I saw a review that said it is a resonator back system, that is what I was looking for and why I bought it, can't wait to install it!
Messed up my order and told me to go to a local shop to fix it. Gave me a couple different stories when I pointed out their error including telling me that they just screwed it up. I would take your business elsewhere.

Yes this is a open box decal one I received the decal it was as described couple wrinkles in some spots I just removed the release backer and straighten out the vinyl and it was just as good as new. I will be installing it this weekend can't wait to see the results
Got these for my husband so towing our trailer will be easier for him to see. They look amazing and were super easy to install and fit. We didn't install the extra wiring for the under lights in them. But for now they work functionally and look fantastic. Shipping was incredible very pleased.
I only received 2 chrome door handles and no chrome handle inserts.They were suppose to be for a crew cab but appears they were sent for an extended cab without the inserts
