I made several major purchases recently on the website. One of the smallest ones for $379 was canceled by American Trucks and I found out by e-mail. All my other orders shipped with no issues. The e-mail told me to call for assistance which I did. Robert in customer service couldn't tell me why it was canceled and told me I could, "place the order again online or go somewhere else." That is not customer service. I asked for a supervisor and he refused and eventually hung up on me. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM AMERICAN TRUCKS AGAIN! I am sharing my experience in all of the truck groups online that I belong to.

This was an easy swap out and perfect match for my truck. The horns work great.

I order brake and tail lights for my truck as suggested by the technician. I paid for faster delivery and guess what? My product was never delivered. They dropped the ball and all of the managers did care about the incident including Nuno the supervisor. They really should not invest in some manager training and escalation procedures to avoid the customer from continued to be inconvenienced while they figure out who dropped the ball. I can't put a picture of the product because it was not delivered. When a company gets too big, they forget about the customers that helped them get to their financial success. Buyer be warned

I have ordered several parts through this company and it is always an issue with the parts. One part came with missing hardware. One part broke while insulation. Because the box was an opened item I had to order a whole new part. I was told it would be delivered on Saturday but it has not arrived and now they are saying Monday. Then all you offer me is store credit of $10. I have found that all your parts are the same as Amazon, cheap and Chinese. But at least they don't disguise themselves as "American Trucks". I know you don't care but you lost yourself a customer

American trucks was fast and easy to order from, I'm mostly pleased with everything I purchased. I only wish the products on their site had more pictures and descriptions of what they look like. The tail lights I purchased were just a little different than what I expected. I'm still pleased for the price.

Ordered items on a Sunday January 7th, home screen promises "free 2 or 3 day delivery on orders over $119"
Once I put my items in the cart, it actually changed the delivery date to Friday 1/12/24, I continued the purchase even though I was mislead. The delivery time was still acceptable to me.
One of the items shipped, and tracking said 1/16/24,9 days from the time I put in the order. The other item has still not yet shipped, but they refuse to cancel the order because they already have a tracking number in the system, even though the package has not yet left the building.
I tried both online chat and telephone call with customer service, they were uninterested in helping me, or even trying to make me feel better about their dishonesty. After a few minutes of having their company policies chanted at me I gave up. They have lost a repeat customer here, I won't be back!

Ordered a steering gear hydraulic assist, that will be shipped directly from the manufacturer to my address. When shipped, the item was sent to their warehouse instead of my address. I calked and chatted with customers service, asked if the part could be sent directly from their warehouse to me their response was, "it will be shipped directly from the manufacturer". I unfortunately had to cancel my order. If you can't fix what's wrong with an order, then there's no need to do any more business with this company, thus is the beginning of bad business.
