Easy to order, found what i needed to replace a part.the ford dealership said 3 months before they could get the part. I will use american trucks for now on.
Description was accurate and easily determined. Package arrived on time.
Order was cancelled almost immediately after I placed it. I called the number and the lady was very knowledgeable and respectful but couldn't help me out. The issue was they charged my card and still cancelled my order. They did immediately issue a refund but something seems backwards here. Why would you charge my card and cancel the order. It would be way more efficient to make sure the order would go through and then charge the card after everything is ok. Now I have to wait for the refund to go through before I can reorder. Why charge the card before you know if the order is even going to go through? The very polite lady on the phone said it was because my billing address didn't match my shipping address. Well I'm know where near my house and still need these parts. I'm going to try my order over the phone next time to avoid this problem.

Good so far. Great service so far. Haven't opened the box or anything. Waiting to get it installed on my 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie 4x4. But other dealing have gone well.

Something being sold in "very good" condition shouldn't be broken when it arrives. Also you would think it would be shipped in a plastic bag but nope, just thrown in a box with 4 scraps of brown paper. The housings of the lights hit eachother in transit and arrived with big pieces of plastic chipped off the edges. I found numerous little chunks of it in the bottom of the box. Glad I tested the waters with these before giving this company $2200 for headlights. $100 or $500 the products shouldn't be unusable. Paid for working, usable tail lights, got broken tail lights.

Ordered tuner for truck still hadn't arrived or shipped nor can they give me answer when it will.They said it approved then sent email asking have I received item or not and when I called they say it hasn't even shipped
