I am very un pleased with the open box specials. I was under the impression I was getting a complete set for a 6" rough country lift and cv axles with wheel hubs. I received 1 cv axle and am going to receive 2 lifted knuckles. What am I going to do with 2 lifted knuckles on a stock truck. There should be a defined description of what you are going to receive and a disclaimer before you even purchase the open box special. I do enjoy the American trucks website typically but I feel like there should be adjustments to the open box special aspect of it.
I purchased $200 LED tail lights the end of November to give to my grandson as a Christmas present. They were shipped and received promptly. They quit working about 60 days later. My grandson contacted American Trucks and was told they wouldn't do anything as the purchase had been over 90 days. The website posts that they only have a 90 day warranty and they would not make any acceptions as it had been over 90 days since the purchase. I would never purchase anything of value from them with this kind of warranty and customer service

Bought a "New JMS PedalMax Kit" for my Denali and receiving a used, scratched up, already assembled product at full price missing a part. If you're going to sell used items please adjust the cost accordingly and offer a discount notifying the customer first. The scratches don't really matter as it's going to be tucked out of the way and out of sight. But for full price and receiving an obviously used part that is a lack of integrity. Now I'm sketched out about using this company again for future parts. Sucks, I've bought from you before and didn't have this issue. Hopefully the chip doesn't have an issue which would explain the return. Will find out.

I had ordered a lot of merchandise from this company and the tires & rims didn't come mounted because they said that I don't purchase the mount & balance. Everything that had ordered was sitting in a saved cart so I just logged in and purchased everything now I have to pay someone else to put the tires & rims together.

Where there is an issue that's when things fall apart. I ordered a Prinsu Rack from AT which weighs in around 50lbs. I was sent what appears to be a return from another AT customer - it is a speedform chin spoiler for a Mustang - it weighs about 2lbs. How can someone think that this was a rack when they sent it out? As soon as I picked up the box I knew there was a problem.
Now that I am trying to return this product it is a nightmare...I have called 6 times and still do not have a return label. The customer service people were treating the whole incident like a joke. Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with at this point. I am still not closer to getting this sorted and I do not expect this message to even get anywhere. Total amateur hour over there at AT, I will never order from it again.
Companies should be judged on how they deal with things when there is a problem. Issues happen, it is what it is, but it's how it is dealt with and I am clearly going to have to take this up with my credit card company to get it resolved as AT are completely useless at this point.

I was looking everywhere for promo codes with no luck. I contacted CS and Chance went searching also and found me a discount code for UCAs for my ranger. Easy ordering and hopefully fast shipping! Better deal than even the manufacturer could do!
I messaged in to inquire about wheel fitment and within minutes I was placing my order and was even given a discount. A+ guys.

Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
