The website was very helpful and the products are top of the line including this leveling kit that I bought
The rear of NB1 was fine. But when you put the bolts in middle and front brackets it pushed the front end up into truck body. Rubbing the paint. And when you looked down on it, the board in front was kicked in towards the truck. Looked bad! I left the rear bolted and pulled running board out maybe 3/4" and lowered it about 1/4" to 5/16", then grip it with vice grips. Then I had to drill new holes in front and middle brackets. Both sides. It then looked good. I love the quality and the look.
2024 Ranger is 2" wider than previous years. Not sure if that was the problem. I wasn't happy about it. I'm 70 years old and laying on cold garage floor ain't fun anymore! 😩
Maybe brackets should be reevaluated. Also I should add shipping was fast! I like that. Thank you

Very simple. Put in truck info. Order your parts. Delivery was quick. I have bookmarked this site. I will be ordering from you guys again.
The wrong brackets were sent
Then I'm told they don't have the brackets.
I can return the unit or they will give me $25 on a $700 part to rectify the situation.
That's BS.
Spent better part of a day installing. They should have informed me of bracket problems before shipping

I have ordered numerous parts for my 2021 RAM 1500. American Trucks provides a very streamline process and fast delivery. I recently ordered my leveling kit and full Flowmaster set up (outlaw muffler and american thunder resonator delete). They took great care of me.
I like the running boards and easy to install! Think there a little pricey for what you're getting. Hardware nuts and bolts look very China made! Hope they hold up? I didn't like the extra $25 for shipping a bulky package?! I just received a hard back flip cover for my bed. This package was 4-times the bulk and it still shipped free!
Very easy to use and understand along with excellent pricing along with free shipping. Can't beat that!
