I thought I was dealing with a professional company that sold truck parts and accessories It has nothing to do with it being an open box. It's an open box because the last person sent them back for the same reason they're not even close to being right.

My parts came in on time very well packed and easy to install and works great. Would recommend people to shop with American trucks and I will use American trucks for all my truck parts.

Military discount? Didn't happen! You're correct military discount didn't work! Lock mechaniim on lid did not work had to reuse the old one. Have now decided not to order dash cover as most likely it won't fit.

I received all the parts I ordered, but upon opening the package, I discovered that the hardware for the product was missing. After speaking with an American Trucks representative, I was instructed to take pictures of everything I received and submit them for a missing parts request. American Trucks will review the photos and send out the necessary pieces. Hopefully, they'll provide everything I need to complete my project.
Finding it online was quick and easy. Ordering was hassle free and painless
When ordered it showed expected delivery date of 2 days. It arrived in 6 days

Answer: Only success story with this place is I know to NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! That's successful!
Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
