Picked out a truck bed cover. Website showed the product arriving in 4 days so I ordered it. 8 days went by and nothing contacted support was told the product was coming from the manufacturer and they were unsure of the delivery time. But yet you promised a delivery time. I reached out to the manufacturer they said the product was back ordered but was able to order directly from the another product that wasn't and guess what it shipped next day. Never dealing with American trucks again complete mess.
I received the side steps but there are several parts missing. I received two steps, one R bracket/motor, one RR bracket/motor and that all. Missing the left brackets/motors, the wiring harness's the nuts and bolts.
How do I get this resolved and is necessary return for a full refund.

The only reason 4 star I was wanting to know if the mounting brackets and hardware comes with the item or if I have to order it separately.
Received the nerf bars and everything was included and easy installation
I called to get information on my order the girl was very helpful and answered all my questions and shipment was quick
Ordered a strut wasn't paying attention so I have to order another one since they only come in single received. The one strut. I will say the paint job is a little Eeee, looks very cheap
Everything works great, ordered tow mirrors for my truck, they are just what I needed!
Changes look of truck. Getting less fuel mileage because truck wants to go faster
I ordered almost 4000.00 worth of stuff, tires and rims. Was told yes we have them in stock, one week later they say oh we don't have them it will take 11 weeks to get them. That was after being told all week oh they are at the tire shop being mounted. Don't trust them on anything they say. Nothing they say is the truth, Nothing bit a ripoff company. Should be closed down.

Worst service I've ever experienced buying online. States on their website 2 to 3 day shipping. 3 weeks out before it even ships. I buy parts online all the time and this was ridiculous. If you think your gonna get what you ordered in a timely manner be warned. I'd suggest you go somewhere else. Ridiculous!

The ordering process was easy and the shipping and delivery were relatively quick. When I received my product and opened the package, I noticed the cork gasket was folded and torn at one of the bolt holes. I have been looking for a replacement and not able to find one at this time. I will keep looking. Overall though a great experience.
Have not installed yet. Buying was smooth. Keeping on top of my truck to make sure it will last and to be able to enjoy it everyday.
During the order process I asked what is the soonest I could get the product. I was promised by noon the next day. So I paid for the extra shipping. That day has come and gone and I am now approaching Noon the following day and it has a time up to 7:00pm. Don't promise what you can't deliver!

Took me about 4 hours. My truck's also has a 6-in lift. Tires are extremely heavy so it takes me a while lol.
The rotors seem to be of good quality and the brakes as well. Now I'm excited to do the back as soon as I get them ordered.
Great selection and parts but had one come broken but quick phone call and they shipped broken back and shipping new overall great
