Running boards arrived quickly, installing them was easy once you figured out all the bracket placements. Instructions not the best but youtube to the rescue. They look great on the 3500 Ram.
I ordered an item on 4-19-2024 and I didn't receive it yet! I didn't receive any updates regarding the status of my order, and I'm still waiting for my item to be shipped, delivered or a refund! I've ordered items before from this company without any problems.
I called to verify part fitment to my truck. Turned out the part i actually needed was about $40 cheaper than the one i was looking at. Part sent fit like OEM.

I purchased the BAK Industries BAKFlip FiberMax Tri-Fold Tonneau Cover which has been a great. Even better I was able to find an 'open box' deal that saved me hundreds! Shipping was fast, arrived ahead of schedule, and it was well packed for a large package and arrived intact. The actual product was as new with all the components still in original packaging. Very satisfied overall with my whole experience with American Trucks and this purchase.
Just received them and haven't installed them yet but I matched them up to the truck and there the right size and there going to look pretty cool!
The new light shipped and arrived quickly, watched the install video for instructions and knocked out the project in 5 mins. Looks great!

Terrible experience, Don't know where my grill guard is. Dont have 4 lights I was suppose to recieve.

Review of the lights and internet searches brought me back to purchase.
Friendly staff, issue still I resolved. New order still under review after 24 hours, credit amount incorrect on other item, causing new ticket to be created. 1.5 hours on phone without resolve.
Fits perfectly - made out of super thick material. I installed it in less than five minutes by myself. Priced right with fast and free shipping so I couldn't be more satisfied with this purchase. Also, Made in the USA which is an added bonus.
Only received 3 boxes. 1 of 4,3 of 4, & 4 of 4. Missing 1 rotor. Not sure if front or back. Don't have a 3 wheel truck. 3 doesn't do me any good. Request a return for items received. Will contact credit card company and reverse charges. Not a good way for a new customer to start out with your company
