My initial purchase was satisfactory, but my second experience was a stark contrast. I received a defective part, for which I had already paid the installation fee in advance. Upon initiating the return, I inquired about any additional costs, specifically uninstallation and shipping fees, and was assured there would be none. However, post-uninstallation today, I was informed I would be responsible for those costs. Contacting the company once more, I was informed by a supervisor, Nuno P, that I had been misinformed and they would not cover these expenses. Despite presenting transcripts of both conversations, I was told it was their policy. Consequently, to retrieve my truck, I am now faced with unexpected out-of-pocket expenses amounting to hundreds of dollars.
As described the wheels do stick out a little further than stock but looks good. The rims seem heavy duty which is nice since my city can't fix roads. Aside from that I like the plain and simple look.
The Videos and Descriptions are a great added value to the products being sold
My hood protector for my 2018 Chevy Silverado arrived broke in half. There was noticeable damage to the box it was shipped in. It was shipped only in a plastic bag, nothing in the box to protect. Very unsatisfactory for means of shipping. I am in the process of returning now.

These smoked tail lights look great, but unfortunately that's all the positive things I have to say about them. After less than 4 months, water has already found it's way into the assembly. Plenty of water vapor on the upper portion of the assembly with about 2 inches of standing water trapped in the bottom of the assembly. This has already caused me to replace bulbs and not to mention, looks sloppy. American Trucks couldn't help me other than giving me the manufacturer's contact information and a copy of the invoice as it had been more than, though just over, 90 days since purchase.
Once the company got back to me, they asked if I would reach back out after I either had complete failure of the tail light or it had enough water to bother me. I was puzzled since the fact that I reached out and started this whole return/refund process should already show that I was bothered by the lack of quality in the product. I currently have a replacement pair (hopefully) on the way to me. TBD if it comes through.

I had the rim fixed but when I rotated my tires I would get some extra vibrations with that fixed rim on the front. So, it was time to replace it so I can rotate my tires without any issues…
The shipping was very fast, 3 days max I received the scoop. The scoop was in excellent shape, was packed very well in the shipping box. I was able to install it myself, which is nice. Very happy with this purchase..
Ordering process when very fast! Easy to order the item I wanted. I have one caveat.not enough information in description section? The item I ordered had no dimensions anywhere! I'm in the dark on the size of it. Will have to wait to measure it after it arrive!
I order the same part on a different place and they dont have it until late may, so i order it here and in less of a week i have my delivery.
