Everything showed up well packaged no damage. My headlights were dropped off within 2 days. I'm happy with it definitely will buy more parts here.

I purchased an item that price dropped next day they took care of it no issues refunded me the difference instantly
The product i ordered was delivered when they said it would be but the wrong color of product was delivered amd was damaged by mail carrier (FedEx). There must have been a mix up from the vendor and American trucks. But i believe it was shipped straight from the vendor and not from an American truck facility. So can't put blame on American trucks. Still waiting to return wrong and damaged product back to the vendor.

Very fast shipping received the order in just a matter of days have not had a chance to install but everything looks good
When the address given in my online purchase was not deliverable I immediately got a phone call from the company explaining the issue. And then they solved the issue in very short order and got things back on track. Was so refreshing to have a person actually call and talk through the issue.
