Ordered a patriot blue sun shield on 4/28. I had to follow up to see where our order was. Received a response that it had not gone out and didn't know the reason. We finally received today and it is the wrong color. Received a $10 voucher for next purchase, but will not be purchasing anything from this company again.
Placed an order that had an estimated delivery 10 days from placing the order. Not only did it not arrive, I've received no updates. Nothing automated. They sent me an email to ask how things were and I told them I haven't gotten updates. Still nothing.

These lug nuts are ok they scratch easily. They should hold up for a while however the paint is easily scratched even when trying to put them on carefully

I ordered what i was looking at, it showed up in a timely manner
Ordered a new set of head lights. I chose closest to OE as possible. Description was incomplete and required/compatible bulbs were not listed in description. Very confusing, but your website said they fit my truck. Had to return. Wasted 8 days waiting. One light came in two days, the other took 8 days. You guys wasted my time. Ordered new grill. Fit is horrible, and I expect it to crack from stress shortly. I simply do not have time to reorder. I talked to customer support. She listened, understood my problem and apologized. I very much appreciate her help making "that part" of the return simple. The rest of the return was a freaking nightmare. I was required to take pictures of the box, the item, the label! Who does that? Nobody! And then some 3rd party got involved? Apparently English was not their first language. I still have no idea what they wanted, but they finally issued a Return Authorization Number. I guess I'm spoiled from years of giving Amazon my money. Reordered headlights from Amazon had them in 2 days and installed in 1.5 hours, including wiring in your grill with LEDs.

Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.

I am really sorry but we do not have this item in blue.
The fitment box is asking you the color of your vehicle, but is not giving you the option of changing the color of the item. This item is supposed to be silver, and I do not see that we have these available in a blue color. Would you like to return this sun shield for a refund?
