My part was supposed to deliver today, Monday. It is now delivering Wednesday. I reached out to find out where it was since UPS said they didn't have the package. The Customer Service guy just said the expected delivery date isn't guaranteed. No sorry, no we will refund your freight, anything. It's Amazon world now. Either get with it or get out.

Fast shipping - To someone at a completely different address the next city north of mine! Thankfully, they were honest enough to call my number on the address label and I was able to retrieve. Since I was unable to reach anyone at any of the numbers listed on the American Truck website to complain about this experience, I'm unlikely going to purchase anymore items from American Trucks aka American Muscle. I can excuse a misdelivered package, but the address and zip code on the label weren't even close?

I order a part and ended up buying the wrong one for my vehicle. Called customer service and received a store credit and was able to get the correct part.
Shopping through American Trucks was intuitive and fun. The parts I ordered arrived on time and were made with quality in mind. I did have one hiccup where the istructions didn't come with one of my parts. But the customer service was quick to resolve it by providing me a link to the PDF version of the instructions.
I ordered a pair of shock absorbers. I was told they would arrive on a Tuesday. One shock arrived in a mangled box on Wednesday. The shock had opened up being released from the band that holds it in a compressed position. The shock itself was scratched all around. He honestly looked like this was a used shock absorber that was dragged on concrete floors for 500 feet. The other shock absorber showed up on Thursday in the same condition. Only this time, they seem to have thrown the shock in an oversized box for some odd reason. Things happen, I get it. No big deal. The issue I had was that I needed the shocks for a Saturday morning install. I called customer service and asked if they would issue a pick up order for these shock absorbers and please send me another pair that would arrive by Saturday morning. They refused.
In all fairness, the customer service agent that I spoke to, was willing to do it, but whoever his supervisor was said no to my request. They refused to take responsibility for the condition of their product.
This was my first and last experience with, American Trucks.

Answer: Only success story with this place is I know to NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! That's successful!
Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
Answer: Buy elsewhere! Do not waste your money with this website. They will either send you junk or it will be junk eventually and you won't be able to get a refund or warranty.
