I had ordered a Retrax tonneau cover from 2 of your competitors. The first came in damaged and the second was going to take up to 4 weeks to receive. I finally gave your company a try. Within 3 days of placing the order, I had it in my garage! Outstanding service and I got the cover installed. I will only do business with your company from now on.
Easy to find what I wanted for my '23 F-150 Lariat. Conformed it fit my truck. Also easy to get my Veteran's discount. Go American Trucks.

I recently ordered the Borla ATAK Cat-Back Exhaust from American Trucks, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The shipping was incredibly fast, exceeding my expectations. I placed my order over the phone with Josh, who provided outstanding service. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire process seamless. Highly recommend both the product and American Trucks for their excellent customer service!
No.1 Not packaged. Came without a box and zip tied together.
No.2 No Hardware. Same parts for previous 2011 Ford F-150 came without hardware also.
No.3 What you have to go through to get hardware makes it not worth the time.
Maybe final time I order from American Trucks.

Purchased this gun rack as an open box item. The item actually showed up to my house with a big hole in the side. Missing nuts and washers to assemble so AT gave me more money off my purchase and I have to go buy more hardware to assemble

Do not order from this site. If for any reason you need to return, it is a hassle. They will charge you for everything and anything I would never issue a full refund amount. Apparently they refused to refund warranties on parts that were returned unopened box. Ridiculous.

My name is Bill I ordered this exhaust system through American Trucks on line.
I received my order by the date they said I would receive it.
Their prices were less than most other ones.
This was a high performance 3in. Exhaust from the y-pipe on back it only took me a hour to remove what was left of the old and replacing it with the new every thing aligned up as it should even the welded hangers with factory grommets.
Mind you this was done laying on the ground right rear tire on a ramp not a lot of clearance best experience I've had when replacing it myself.
Received suspension parts Friday. Was happy with the expedited shipping.
Easy to order and exactly what I was looking for. Shipped and received fast!
