My Tonneau cover is supposed to fit my 2012 GMC Sierra. I don't think they sent me the wrong one, I think there was a mistake in the design. 4 of the 6 main "quick release clamps / tie downs, or whatever they are called, do not line up with areas of the truck bed rail where they will work or attach the way they are supposed to. I had to modify the two rear clamps and add short bungee cords to secure the rear end of the cover. Luckily there were two places in the right spots to attach the bungee cords. I couldn't use the 2 center clamps at all. Besides the fit problem, I don't even like the overall design or looks of the cover. Many cheaper covers are much sleeker, smoother, and much better looking. This cover looks thick, too squared off, and bulky. It's not sleek and aerodynamic looking... if you know what I mean. It's much more suitable for a work truck where looks don't matter. Another thing I don't like about the design is that there are no "channels" that attach to the bed rails like other covers use. This cover just lays on top of the bed and is held underneath by 2 twist-on clamps up front and 4 more quick-release clamps. I wasn't about to go through the trouble of returning the cover and I destroyed the box when opening. Also, if you return an item, they probably will only give you a store credit and not a refund.

Running boards arrived on time however the mounting brackets were missing. Website said brackets were included. We had to send pictures of the box and running boards before brackets could be sent.

Every time i buy something from American Truck i have a a positive experience.

I ordered tail lights for father's day, they sent a box of suspension parts! So I won't get the tail lights in time.(They won't send them until the carrier picks up the wrong order. I trusted them to send the right order but they won't send my lights until the package is picked up. I don't think I'll be doing business with this company

Very simple & found the true length of bed of my truck. Easy to put on my truck, while giving it a whole different look👀‼‼ I absolutely love it‼‼

The description stated that it fit a 3 inch exhaust, well it didn't fit my 3 inch exhaust.
The process for ordering was easy, I got the the product quickly and when I needed to return it. That process was easy as well.

Contacted American Truck after 10 days. Item had not shipped. So far I'm not very impressed. Will review again if order actually shows up.

Ordered 2 items one damaged and one did not have right pieces in box.
When called to send item back pictures would not load to website. I run a shop and was told needed to take parts to FedEx to ship back you should have sent FedEx to me to pick up. Was told item would ship within 24 hours of FedEx scan and that did not happen. Have a customers truck in garage and have to wait 2 weeks to get parts a second time. Make my name look bad.
