All good, no complaints on the shopping experience. Have not installed the product yet. Hopefully it goes well.

Disappointed in the order as it looks like someone received this order previously and partly put it together. The studs were not the color I wanted, but they were already in and are a pain in the behind to remove and replace with the correct ones. Really disappointed as I felt I did not order an opened box item.
If it was clear that shipping would take near two weeks, I would have paid the extra money for this product elsewhere.
Really sorry Marshall that your towing mirror took a little longer that expected to ship.

Product came as said and in time packaging might need work, one box was ripped open I know heavy and has angles that could rip box and shipping Carrier might be the problem but had to inspect item make sure not damage.
Honest and delivered service's, clear specifications while purchasing love that.
The ordering was easy online, shipping was fast, pricing was great, and the product was awesome! Super easy to install. I had to make a slight modification to the middle bracket both side of the truck. The bracket that slides in the hole was to large to fit, by bending the two pieces you can get it finagled in there and then tighten it back into shape.

Took about 5 minutes to install the Go Fast Bits BOV upgrade and around 2 hours for the MRT exhaust system, mostly dealing with the stock exhaust system and the hanger placement from Ford.

Like that if you lock tailgate the cover is locked. Very easy to use.

My Tonneau cover is supposed to fit my 2012 GMC Sierra. I don't think they sent me the wrong one, I think there was a mistake in the design. 4 of the 6 main "quick release clamps / tie downs, or whatever they are called, do not line up with areas of the truck bed rail where they will work or attach the way they are supposed to. I had to modify the two rear clamps and add short bungee cords to secure the rear end of the cover. Luckily there were two places in the right spots to attach the bungee cords. I couldn't use the 2 center clamps at all. Besides the fit problem, I don't even like the overall design or looks of the cover. Many cheaper covers are much sleeker, smoother, and much better looking. This cover looks thick, too squared off, and bulky. It's not sleek and aerodynamic looking... if you know what I mean. It's much more suitable for a work truck where looks don't matter. Another thing I don't like about the design is that there are no "channels" that attach to the bed rails like other covers use. This cover just lays on top of the bed and is held underneath by 2 twist-on clamps up front and 4 more quick-release clamps. I wasn't about to go through the trouble of returning the cover and I destroyed the box when opening. Also, if you return an item, they probably will only give you a store credit and not a refund.
