These lights are probably my favorite ive had they look good during day and night very easy to install only thing was i had to find a way to mount the boxes for the led lights cause the sticky side didn't work the best on the truck but all in all great lights

Easy easy easy. Shipping was fast and package was nicely wrapped and protected.
I ordered the side steps and they arrived in an acceptable amount of time. One of them had a small scuff, but no big deal. 2 of the supplied mounting bolts snapped off upon installation. During my first contact with customer service they said my options were to find new bolts on my own locally, or they could send me new ones. Obviously I chose the latter. After this several day process of dealing with customer service, they said they can't supply new hardware. These are atypical bolts designed specifically to fit into a track...not bolts I can souce on my own. I haven't heard back from customer service, so I don't even know if I can return the product...guess I'll have to find a machinist to make me some bolts.

The rear shocks came in two boxes. One was in the factory box, and the other in a plain box twice the width needed.
The 2" leveling kit raised the front end 2-7/16", not 2", and higher than I wanted, so not happy about that.
I don't blame AT for that though, but I do hope they share the information with Bilstein.

I started a chat, which ended up as a call to confirm some information about some suspension options. The tech was great. Although I didn't purchase that day, I did come back a few weeks later and make the purchase.
Had I known there was a 25$ handling fee on an item that was 139$ I wouldn't have gotten it, I could have gotten it cheaper somewhere else...
Bought an "open box" rear bumper the pictures provided showed paint scuffs upon its arrival there are cracked welds that were not pictured please let me know how to proceed

When I ordered my running boards on 6-22, it said they would arrive 6-29. They didn't arrive on 6-29 but when I tracked them it said they wouldn't arrive till 8-6 or 8-9. That's just too long for running boards to ship.
