Shipping lately been not good because our of stock items to shipped to me in Puerto Rico where I live in the beginning with being shipped to me now always out of stock but when I ship to my secondary address in Philadelphia it's in stock

Great service, Great Product, Great Price. Very pleased with this purchase.

Ordered shocks and struts from American Trucks, shocks were packed properly, arrived in good shape, and already installed. The struts were sent in their original inadequate packaging and both of them were damaged and missing parts. Called up customer service and they tried to give me the run around about sending new replacement parts, they finally shipped out 2 more struts out in their original packaging yet again and both arrived damaged courtesy of FedEx yet again. Called customer service and they are doing exactly the same thing. When are you going to get me the parts that I paid for? Maybe after July 4th we can be bothered to send out 2 more loose struts and have them arrive damaged a 3rd time and with missing parts. Since we intend on using the same crap carrier FedEx who has now ruined 4 out 4 struts and lost multiple sets of parts. Yet American Trucks still sends parts with FedEx and still lets the idiot at the warehouse ship out original product boxes. Don't do business with this company or any of the affiliates!

Order #8-******* has been fraught with issues, despite being a straightforward transaction involving the purchase of a single item. Instead of receiving a new product complete with all accessories, I was sent a used scanner inadequately wrapped in bubble wrap, lacking the original box, manual, and necessary accessories. Following a call to American Trucks and the submission of photographic evidence of the received item, I received two separate packages: one containing the OBD cable and the other the manual, yet the USB cable required for computer connection was still missing. After another inquiry, I was informed that the shipment of the USB cable had been canceled due to my failure to provide additional pictures, despite having already submitted the necessary images. The representative offered to reorder the cable but insisted on receiving the same pictures again. I declined to proceed with the order and requested to speak with a supervisor, only to be told that none were available and that I would receive a callback by Monday. At this juncture, I feel that American Trucks does not regard me as a valued customer, nor do they seem concerned about the quality of their shipments or the resolution of ongoing issues. While I will await the supervisor's response, I believe it may be best to return the product, as I am unwilling to endure further delays in what should have been a simple transaction.

Ordered on line. Site was user friendly, pricing was competitive. Delivery was prompt. Based on my interpretation of the description, my 2016 Ram 1500 would be level after these springs were installed. It is lower, but needs 1 more inch to be level. A little disappointed, but not enough to change them. Plan to order from A T again.

Received parts not long after order, although one part did not come as a complete set. I talked to customer service and they got back to me right away.

Ordered both items at the same time. Received 1st item on Thursday and the 2nd item on Friday. Had both items installed by Sunday afternoon. Grill inserts were a little tricky with no instructions, but got it done.
