The ordering and If you wanna do it tomorrow shipping was fast and easy. However. Once I had an issue it took a long time to get transferred hung up on and then transferred again to the wrong people to try to get my part replaced. I am not asking for a refund. I just wanted the part replaced with one that works. I told that the tow mirrors I ordered were shipped from a vendor and they would have to review and then get back to AT before we could do anything. I don't see how this is my problem. I ordered the mirrors from AT not the vendor. AT should stand behind their product and help me get the replacement. I sent pictures. Waited two days just to get a email that request a video now. Now I am waiting again. I understand things happen and parts break, just upset that we are waiting for a third party vendor you are dealing with. How long am I going to have to wait. For now the truck is sitting.
I originally ordered black running boards but received chrome ones instead. By the time I discovered the difference it was too late. Already had the old ones off and the new parts unwrapped then pulled the running boards out of the box and taking off the wrapping discovered they were chrome. Would have been major pain to repack and ship back so put them on the truck. Not as sturdy as the original one; they flex when stepped on but they'll due until...
Purchased a camber kit and it actually works. The description aint happy unless you have 50 characters bare minimum.
I got a soft fold cover first, it was ok, did not like I while driving it was fluttering and looked like a bump rather than flat to bed, so has to switch for hard one. This one fits the truck like a custom made one and elevates the look of the bed.
Order a product. Was given a delivery date that came and went. Had to contact Custer service to find out what was going on they really didn't seem to know what was going on. Got my part a week later than was supposed to.

I notified AT a while ago that some parts that were shipped were faulty and needed replacement. I am still waiting for a return label and instructions. Instead I receive emails with excuses about updating my order and asking me to be patient. Item was ordered, paid for, and delivered. What more "update" is required.
They canceled my order cause my account is apparently locked and it's also been over a week and I still haven't got my refund nor have they tried to fix it. My bank says they haven't received anything for me to have a refund! Very dissatisfied

They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
