My first time ever shopping with American truck and I had a great experience. Customer service answered all my questions and i highly recommended others to shop here.
Finding the correct product I needed was easy and AT had the best price. Shipping was easily tracked and the box had no signs of being mishandled. I also took advantage of the flat rate installation option they had available at a local shop; the installation was very easy to coordinate and the installation went great.
Can't yet because I haven't taken it out of the package yet. When I get it out of the box to see if it works I'll give you a better review
Perfect fit and easy to install. Going from black to chrome changes the look a lot
Product arrived surprisingly fast, considering I live in Alaska. Install was fairly easy. Downside was the product didn't look like the pictures on the website which was disappointing. Regardless, it does the trick and doesn't look too bad either.
Finally found the accessory I was looking for: 2024 Ford Ranger Hard Folding cover. Ordered, received and installed! Perfect fit.
I received item quickly, but arrived broken.Customer service was easy, they sent a replacement that day, even before I shipped the broken back. Received the replacement quickly but also broke again return service was easy and decided to try one more time, 3 times a charm, not sure as I m waiting it to arrive, I will not hold my breath because I m pretty sure it to will be damaged, because there is no package protection for the item as the other 2 shipped the same way.So shipping is quick, customer service and return process easy with agents very helpful. The only issue I have is there's no protection for items being shipped. I'm hoping it arrives intact, as this my last shot

Ordered on a Thursday was at my house that Monday. Tracking number from start to finish
I bought brake pads but when I received them there were no clips in the package and only 1 tiny packet of grease. Pretty ridiculous for the price paid.
Love the fact when you call you speak to someone that is knowledgeable about trucks and truck parts speaks English and helps choose the best option for you and does not try upsell
Arrived in a box. Removed the graphics and there is some wrinkles in them from being rolled. Right now they are flat on a table trying to get them flatter. Not sure thats going to work. My experience in the past with wrinkles is they don't lay flat on the vehicle even using a soap mixture.
Received next day after ordering. Shocks were easy to install. Ride firmer than original equipment.
