When I first ordered the muffler, it was showing on the website that it would be here in two days. I made an appointment for installation. Two day's went by, then I received a package four days later. I opened the box to find that instead of my muffler, it was a set of rear light assemblies.
Contacted AT and had to ship back as they wouldn't send the original muffler until they received confirmation that package was in route. I sent back the same day, then "Finally" received what I ordered almost two weeks later
Very good, I was looking for a replacement bumper for my truck and was hesitant on buying a new one and once I saw the one that had minor scratches I was not hesitant at all and was glad I found it because I saved myself some money along the way
Ordered a backrack for a Colorado and sent for a full-size truck. Very hard time getting it returned and the right one sent. Still has not been resolved. Took forever to resolve the web site had the wrong part number.

Placed an order on 08-09-24 and after a week of no updates, I emailed to find out what the delay was. I received a reply that my order was coming directly from their supplier and wouldn't be shipped until 09-06-24 (almost 30 days after I ordered). I understand inventory issues but the website said 'in stock'. In this day and age of online ordering, I find this to be unacceptable for customer satisfaction. Won't be ordering anything else from these guys and letting everybody know.

The lights look very stylish and were very easy to install. Only complaint is the poor amount of light. My 15 year old OEM headlight did better. I got projector headlight. Guess I should have went with LEDs. Happy and Sad with the results.
