Sensor clips were broke when the shop opened the box. Used epoxy to fix. Hope they hold. Interior switch tape tape didn't hold. Have to reattach - better.
I had a great experience shopping with American trucks. Shipping was fast. My only complaint is the box looked like it had been thru a tornado. Was taped everywhere to keep contents from falling out. FedEx driver left outside instead of under front porch. Box got so wet in the rain it just came apart whe trying to move it.

I ordered an exhaust system which said in stock, 1-3 day shipping. I called a week after order placed and still not shipped. They said it's direct through Borla and expect delays. I called Borla after 10 days of order and they said that they were not in stock when order placed and expect a 30 day wait for product shipment. American Trucks needs to verify products before they list them in stock for shipment. A $20 voucher on a $2,000 system is like a slap in the face and wait.
I received the running boards within a few days of placing the order. All parts were included and instructions were concise, clear, and correct. Removing the factory running boards and installing the new ones took me around 2 hours total. This was doing it by myself as well. Very happy with everything!

The site said the moto fab 2.5" leveling kit for the 2024 ford f150 didn't fit. After talking on the cat with a representative they contacted the manufacturer and confirmed that it did in fact fit. Received parts in 2 days and installed over the weekend. Took about 3 hrs using a jack and jack stands. Awesome fitment and makes truck look awesome.
The 2.5" moto fab leveling kit for a 2024 Ford F150 was say it didn't fit in the description on the web site. After having a conversation through the chat it was confirmed from the manufacturer that they do fit. Thank you for taking the time to make sure I was buying what I needed.
Received broken parts and telling me 3-5 days to review for return then 7-10 days to issue a refund what the hell kind of business is this? I use to like american trucks now they jut lost a customer and will NOT recommend them to ANYONE

I called on a Saturday evening and tried to order bed mat for my truck. I had 10.00 credit which wouldn't work so had to contact customer service I chatted with 1 person for seemed like hour then they transferred me to another person then spent 30 min or so by then I was tired so called back next day seemed like 30 min but I had problem with password log in because told me to log out and back in and anyway finally got ordered then the guy gave me a refund after I placed the order, just wish the others would of thought of doing that so could of got it ordered then... but they great company to deal with.
Phone was always picked up + friendly service. American Trucks kept me very up to date with my order
