I order my part on Monday. Website said if I order in the next 2 hours and some minutes I would receive the part Wednesday. Here I am on Wednesday and no part. New email telling me I will receive my part on Friday. I need the part on Wednesday not Friday. I guess this will be last time I order from American trucks. Sucks.

August 20th, 2024 My Rough Country struts with 2" leveling were delivered as promised and the next day they were installed on my 2016 Ram. They are everything that was advertised. They fit right in and after overnight, they settled to their normal ride height. They ride so much better than stock!

Site is easy to navagate and i really like the fact that there are videos associated with the item you lookup that show you the installation process. In my case i purchased a borla s type catback and i like how there is a video that shows you what it sounds like on your truck and the install.

The description says heated and manual. I get the manual as you have to flip them manually. The heated is some internal heater, not a electrical connected heater and mirror movement.
I got my order today and it was delivered with everything it needed to install it, it fit great and looks great only problem was the seal tape for the front, the backing was stuck to the seal. It ripped the seal so that was the only problem.
Service was great and shipped on time.
