My shopping experience was really good, until yesterday! I had the misfortune of speaking with phone customer service andrew, who I called; in response to receiving a email--saying that there was a hold/pause on my order due to my purchase history. Andrew was not very informative and condescending implying that the purchase was made by a stolen credit card. Gave him, all the information he asked for and when everything checked out, instead of saying sorry or a huge apology on behalf of the company, he was at a loss for words and silent and then short with me. Love the company site and videos that have helped inform me about ford trucks, but after dealing with someone like that, I will reevaluate purchases frome here from now ON!

Did have to go for the pipe wrench to remove the old bolt on my 08. No worries, it gets replaced!

I understand this was originaly my error. But i ordered headlights and tail lights. As soon as i finished the order i saw a set of tail lights i liked better so i bought them and canceled the original tail light order. Called the next morning to confirm i wasnt going to pay for the original lights...why would i considering i canceled the order right? The man said i wasnt everything was good. The next day i get an email saying i have a $210 store credit...why may you ask...there still charging me for a canceled order and forcing me to buy more from them...i really like this site and want to do more business in the future but at this point customer service needs to step up and not steal my money. Its prety simple not to charge my card considering they still havent...

I own a Napa Auto Care Center I purchased a cat back system it was better than what I expected. It took me a hour to remove old exhaust and install new system. I was so impressed how easy it was fit absolutely perfect and sound level was great. I would recommend this exhaust to anyone looking for stainless exhaust. It fit exactly like it should great workmanship.

Product was exactly as advertised. It fit my truck and was easy to install.

I have now placed a second order with American Truck and nothing has been satisfactorily. The completely wrong item was shipped on my first order and I was forced to do all the work on the return. On my second order, the item was changed from shipped, to back ordered out of stock. Should have been advised it was out of stock, prior to American Truck taking my money.

Box was previously open. It was taped up and then ripped open again.
This product should have been sold as return goods for previously open box and discounted.

Bought mounts for my 2012 Dodge Ram grill guard, nice packaging showed up in a good time frame easy install, made it easier with American trucks helpful videos as well, everything fit perfectly, couldn't be happier. Thank you for everything. 👍😁

Everything I needed to fix my truck was easy to find and delivery was fast.

Parts are good quality but didn't come with some needed hardware, other than that was good

Great job processing was easy order and package was in great shape when arrived.

Got what I ordered in a few days, was well packaged. Liked the picture of a truck like mine with wheels on it so I can see what it would look like.
