Very helpful sales associate help me pick the proper suspension for my truck. However, I totaled that truck before I was able to install the suspension and now I cannot return. Bummer.

Unfortunately, my experience with Nuno was the complete opposite. He made it very difficult to try to return my product, and the overall customer service was poor. Based on that experience, I would not choose to work with him again.

I originally ordered the wrong part - my bad! I called and spoke with a representative that was very friendly and helpful. He told me that the correct part was being shipped and to place the old part in the box and return it using the labels that he sent me. After some time past with no delivery, I contacted AT to find out the part wasn't shipped and that AT needed the original part returned prior to shipping the replacement. I've been without my truck for a few weeks now and this will be another two weeks before the correct part would arrive, not happy. Today, I contacted AT again and asked if I could purchase the correct part, have it shipped so it gets here next week, and then be reimbursed when i return the wrong part, perfect. I wish I would have thought of this yesterday when speaking with Trixxy.
I have been using American Truck and American Muscle for all my F150 and Mustang needs for several years. They are the first website I mention when talking to a new enthusiast.
I bought a S550 mustang a few years ago, I swear it had something from every page in the catalog bolted on this car, and loved bragging about that.

Very disappointed that the item I ordered on Dec 12 for my son for Christmas has not yet shipped. Also to find out that they might not get the item from distributor until Dec 27 or they might not get item at ALL... that is exactly right, thats what i was told when i called about my package. AT don't have a answer to give me. But had no problem talking payment for item they possibly will not receive. When order was placed the email stated I would receive no later than Dec 26 I hate to even tell my son this news.

Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.

We do apologize if you were not initially made aware that the item would need to be in the return process to us before the replacement would ship to you. We would also like to apologize that you were not provided at that time, the option to purchase the correct item, and then set up the return for a full refund.
We do show that your return of the switch is set up for refund back to your original payment method and the replacement item was delivered to you on 12/20/2025.
For your refund, we ask for 7-10 days, after Fed Ex received the item, for your refund to be complete.
