I had a return to process. Well returns always seem yuck Right? Well this was the best customer group that i can honestly remember. Refused to let me get frustrated with process and stayed with me to complete everything and His lead tech jumped in to assist. Is there anything they can do better? Nope, perfect is perfect. Installation started out slow, The 2 different size bolt lengths are important. Shorter for step plate.
Grabbed wrong bolts from wrong bag first. After mounting brackets per directions on driver side I went to place the running board. Well the running board was to short and bolt holes do not line up either. So now had to take back off and re-box. Hours wasted. Now the return process.

The first order I did of this product was the wrong one for my 2021 Chevy Silverado 1500 RST diesel. The product said 19-24 and that it would fit my truck. It does not and I went back on the website and found the correct valve for my truck. This product says 20-24. Something you guys might want to check so other customers don't make the same mistake. Now I have to deal with the return and just makes this purchase more difficult than necessary. Thanks.
The headlights came in less than a week. They fit perfectly, and the installation video showed you almost everything that was involved with removing and installing the new ones.

My 2019 Ford F150 5.0 sounds unbelievable now! It feels like it has some more power to it but I've noticed an increase in MPG as well. It's a great sounding exhaust, it is LOUD so be prepared when you step on the gas.

When I placed my order with American Trucks, I added a lot # to my RV spot. When the ticket was generated through Fed Ex they did not include that important information on the shipping label. This is the second time I've had this happen to me when using Fed Ex.
