Called up got a quote and a good price, email with a link was sent, got on the computer used the link and in 4 minutes it was purchased. Doesn't get any easier or faster than that.
The delivery was outstanding, even early but the product (RV mirror extensions) fit poorly and moved around after installation. After I purchased some backer pads I had a tighter fit.
I purchased trailer mirror extensions that are supposed to fit over your mirror. The PICO product fits sloppy and move around even after installing per instructions
I'll probably send them back. They were delivered early and delivery was fast but what good is that if the product performs poorly?
Order process seemed fine. Then after you fully pay you get an itemized receipt that shows you pay an extra $99 if you don't have a loading dock to deliver it. It's a brush guard. I could take it off a delivery truck myself for free. Dumb.

Wasn't exactly what I was expecting! Thought I had ordered the tail light with the white L but didn't want to take the hassle of returning to get the ones I thought I had ordered. Still in all happy with the results and the ease of installing!

The wheels arrived quickly like 3 days and in perfect condition.
Ordered RB20 running boards. Boards came in but had no mounting brackets. Contacted customer service and 3 days later I received the mounting brackets to realize there was a missing "T-Plate" used to mount the brackets to the frame. Contacted customer service and they could not replace the missing part unless I returned the running boards and all parts. Or they could give me a $25 discount. I want my missing part! Forced to order $153 mounting kit to receive the missing part off of my original order. You would think when ordering a $700+ set of running boards you would get whet you ordered. Never again will I order from go rhino or American Trucks.
