Shipped fast, super easy to install. I did have to add a pipe to the end of the T50 tool for leverage to break loose the factory bolt, and remove the tailgate stop that was interfering with closing the tailgate, but all in all a piece of cake.

Order a part from you, found another significantly cheaper locally. Went to cancel your order and by time I got thru the pages to find out to cancel it was beyond cancellation window. Was told I could receive it and send it back back being charged shipping each way. Makes no sense to me why if it's still in your warehouse, you would ship it and then I would have to return it as I no longer need it to receive company credit. Never use you again

I order a Power Stop front and rear brake rotors and pad kit. The in the box stated that the kit contained front and rear rotors and front and rear break pads. When my order/kit was delivered the box only contain one set of brake pads. I immediately contacted American Trucks lack of customer service after explaining the. Mistake to the customer service person, she inform me that the kit only contained one set of brake pads and I would have to purchased another set. I bought to her attention the in the box information on American Truck's website and she responded with we made your kit out of two kits and it does not contain 2 pairs/sets of brakes pads. I said ok, you are obviously not knowledgable enough to correct the mistake, I want to return the entire order and I will take my $530 elsewhere. She sent me an email to return. I worked in the service industry for 30+ years and understand the challenges when it comes to employees commitment the importance of their jobs so I made an 2nd attempt for the American Truck team to correct the problem. This time is was via live chat. The gentleman had me tell the story, so I did, and to make a long story shot he said sorry I can not help you. On a positive note American Truck did send the return information and I am in the process of obtaining a refund. GOOD LUCK!

New Moritmoto headlight units and fog light units for a 2015 F150. Delivery was quick and prices were competitive. I was especially impressed with the product specific YouTube video's on the site for installation help. The installation went well and I am very happy with the purchase.
