I ordered lug nuts for a 2001 Ford F150 4x4. They are 14mm2.0 with connected washers.
I received chrome acorn lug nuts that are 14mm1.5.
I have a return label and now must wait many more days to get my truck back on the road.
First off I never received any notification of the first order,so I reordered them. Unknown to me when I got the first order I had no idea they were not compressed so I had to go to a shop and have them done+ an extra 120.00
Maybe a better description would help. I enjoy the products. I'm going to return the second set so please send me a return order.

Purchased "open box" running boards. They had been installed and were used, so I expected some wear. Picture showed all hardware and mounting brackets. I got a damaged brown box, with dented running boards and NOTHING ELSE! After chatting with "customer service( loose term) I was told I bought an open box and even though the picture showed rails, hardware, and brackets, all that they shipped was rails only and billed me for full open box price. Buyer beware...They did finally offer half credit, but i really feel I got screwed...
