The driver arrived on time. He inquired where to deliver the package. He delivered it to the requested location efficiently and professionally. He waiting while photos were taken of the product received. He was pleasant.
I ordered a set of steps for my customer which stated they came with the brackets. Upon receiving the steps, there were no brackets in the box. I contacted you guys and was told they would be sent out. A few days later I received an email stating your site had the wrong information and that I needed to order the brackets separately at an additional cost. While I appreciate the small credit I was given towards the brackets, my customer has been very impatiently waiting and now it looks like the brackets aren't going to ship for a couple more weeks.
Payment was easy shipment was clear and I received my part as promised on site.

American Trucks said, "Package delivered". I went to proof of delivery picture was not of my house. They tell me contact FedEx. FedEx tells me to search for package. What the heck am I paying American Trucks for shipping for? Maybe, American Trucks/FedEx should be looking for it!
I've ordered small parts all the way to a front bumper no issues whatsoever.
I ordered exhaust, brakes, and running boards. They all shipped for free and I had them within 10 days of ordering. Having the fitment check on the website is a great tool so you aren't ordering the wrong parts.
I bought the Carven Competitor direct fit muffler and I'm pleasantly surprised at how great the sound is. I've had other Dodge Rams in the past and went with less expensive but still good quality mufflers. The Competitor by far has a superior sound. Its not as loud as I thought it would be which I really like. It has a kind of tight mean growl especially if you use the racing gears of an automatic transmission. At warm idle you can barely hear it. It's just got the right sound for me. I would highly recommend it.
Found what I wanted and it looks good on the truck. Like the strobe setting to. I'm satisfied with it. The white light that's for truck bed illumination however shines up to high which is a design flaw. That should probably be updated but that's out of my hands. Over all the new light is fine and there will be no return. Just giving you an honest review. You are probably already aware of this as I would think other buyers have already made the same claim. Purchase was really easy, product has not arrived yet, but so far so good. I have only one issue - TOO MANY EMAILS! The emails have been non-stop since my order was placed. I have ordered what I need, please stop badgering me to buy something else or order a catalog. When I need something else, I will order it.
Purchased four "OEM" fender flares. They were delivered promptly and looked nice. I watched the installation video and followed the installation instructions carefully, yet, they do not lay flat, flush, and clise to the fender wheel well when installed.
I have considerable mechanical aptitude and experience.
I hate the flares, I wouldn't give them away. I'm not installing them.
Haven't had time to work with a CSR rep to find a higher quality fender flare and arrange to send these back.
Very busy person, little time to play around with poorly designed and made products and returns.
