There was a small defect in my purchase. I talked with customer service and they shipped me a new one the next day and sent me return labels for the old one. The cover looks great! Will definitely be buying from here again.

Nice website, easy to use. Great products that are hard to find elsewhere.

The Good. The bumper looks great and mounted easily.The Bad, The rear sensors on stock bumper are 14 inches apart, new bumper they're 24 inches apart, had to splice new wire. Also mounting holes were to small for the old mounting inserts, had to router them out to correct size. Holes for license were huge and had to find new hardware and drill out license plate for larger bolts. No instructions on how to wire in backup lights. Lastly, there were no directions or complete video for this install. Anyone who installs this bumper better have tools.

Previous order my mirror cover didn't fit, seems like I got some different than what I ordered, door handle cover came a little too big, but still worked

The website for AT was incorrect about fitment of part. I ordered FlowmasterFX. The site stated that it worked for my truck. 2500 Ram 6.4 with REGULAR Cab. I called Holley(Flowmaster Tech support) regarding install of product, because it seemed like there would be a problem with intermediate pipe. Flowmaster agreed that product was not listed for my truck and recommended that I go to custom exhaust shop for the intermediate pipe. It looks like AT has now changed their site info for this issue with my truck description. This review does not reflect the saleman that I spoke with before purchase. He was very nice and helpful. This is a review based on Website information only that got it wrong. I suggest buyers double check with Manufactures before purchase from third parties.

Purchased Power Stop pads and rotors for 2019 F150 4x4. Ceramic pads and solid coated rotors were exact replacement including hardware and lubricant and install was straight forward with zero issues. Bedded pads as per instructions, peddle feel and stopping power is better than originals IMHO. Customer service at American Trucks and their pricing with free 1 day delivery beat everyone else. Boxes were all stamped Made in USA and not China which made me happy.

Was concerned about the knowledge of sales associate. Why I received his sales order I noticed that he had quoted (2) of the passenger side exhaust tips in place of 1ea of driver and passenger.
I noticed it and changed it myself prior to order.
Now I just hope I have received the right stuff and will not know till I do the install.

Great product and priced correctly with an easy 2 hour installation process.

I loved the lights and the shipping was as fast as possible no problems

Order set of rims had 3 in stock rep said other one would be in that next wed, called thursday they said it was on back order and and would be months, cancelled order order same rims but in just black instead of bronz, guy said they were more money, couldn't explain why, same times just matt black, i get them, there 22 were supposed to be 20, now there saying 10 buisness days for refund, this is going on 3 weeks now, i own a custom body shop in vegas, and will never use them or tell my customers to.

That was probably the fastest I have ever received parts for a vehicle in a very long time. Can't wait to order some other stuff my truck

Product is exactly as expected, shipping was poor. My package was delivered to the front house on the wrong street.

Flares were received quickly but one flare had been damaged in shipping.

There was a crack on one of the flares but we opted to keep it and try and glue it.

Abby in customer service was very helpful and gave us a partial credit.
