My wife wanted steps after finally installing my leveling kit I bought many year's ago.
I bought rear wheel well covers for my f150 which were super easy to install and looks amazing. However did need to trim cover on the outer well of the passenger side. So not a perfect fit but I'm happy enough.
All accessories arrived quickly and in good condition. Very reasonable priced
Easy to shop. All parts ordered fit. I'm a mechanic so I know spacers have to be retorqued after a few miles but no instruction say that

Delivery was good found out it would not work on my truck after talking to infotainment about the remote start kit they said they had noted this with American truck and to return the process has been a problem since i have sent a picture of this talked to representives and no way to return yet
The glue was dried hard as a brick in the tube and it did not fit correctly. 300.00 wasted, because by the time we gave up on getting it to fit it was non returnable. Minor trimming,ha! Gave it one star because it wouldn't accept 0 star.
I placed an order on oct. 2 and here it is oct. 8 and still no package I guess that's why I haven't ordered anything in the past from your company if it's gonna take that long to receive it.

The tag line on my on line add said fee 2-3 day shipping on orders of $119.00 or more; NOT true! Just learned my item $450+ will not even ship until 10/1,8 days after I ordered. Reached out to customer service and got

This is the 2nd kit I've purchased for my trucks. This kit went on just as perfect as the first one! Very pleased with it. When I upgrade trucks again I'll be buying another kit.
The website was very informative and have all the models and engines to make sure I get the right parts for my vehicle.
Received my replacement headlights within 3 days of placing my order. Unfortunately there was a manufacturer defect but American Trucks got me taken care of immediately. Got my new headlights installed and ready to rock n roll.
I installed the z36 kit on my 16 f150 and the left rear rotor had a big rust mark on it out of the box. I got them Sept 26th and installed them the 29th. I contacted american trucks the following Monday explaining that I had to complete the I stall because the LR was my last break and the OE rotors got damaged do to the removal process. They initiated the exchange and sent me a link to upload pictures. That was completed on that same Monday. The response when I submitted the pictures was I will receive a response in 3 days. It has now been 7. I will most likely not make another purchase thru this company.
