I ordered a roof rack for my new 2024 RAM 5th generation however the wrong fitment kit was sent. They have my correct vehicle info in their system. The kit fits my son's 2009 Ram. We lost the hitch pin keys for that truck so now I'm out a hitch pin lock.
I ordered 20" rims for my truck and I ended up getting 17" instead. I'm pretty sure that's a difference. I already called and started the return process, hope this one goes smooth. This is the first time I ordered from this site and didn't go as planned. I'm going to give it another shot and reorder.

Had an issue with an order I placed, I ordered a cold air intake for my 23 Ram and the order stated delivery Oct 12-14. When I received my confirmation email the delivery changed to early November. Called customer service and was greeted by an actual person, issue wasn't really resolved but was reassured that someone was looking into the issue and to call back on that Friday. Long story short I don't have to call back because my package arrived 2 days before the original delivery date. Very pleased and customer service and will order again from American trucks. Will review my purchase when I have the part installed.

I already had a corsa air intake installed so I purchased the mass air sensor and intake scoop to improve mpg and throttle response. Very easy and straight forward to install. Small improvement on both areas but well worth it.
