Ordered 2 front shocks and they came scuffed up with some dents and dings. Contacted support and was told that I'd get an email regarding reimbursement, and have not received anything. Disappointed that I received damaged items that were supposed to be new and was unable to get genuine help.
These are junk, only good for checking the rear tires on the truck and nothing else as they won't adjust and hold at all

The exhaust that I bought was a perfect match for my truck and the buying and delivery process was fast and easy.
I received truck tie downs but do not believe that were the one I ordered and returned them today

My order arrived promptly in two days as was indicated. The packaging was very good and the installation went smoothly. My only suggestion would be to label the bar steps driver/passenger side instead of me having to hold them up to the brackets and see which mounting holes align properly. Just a suggestion.

Had high expectations because I was advised by friends to purchase from this website, however they sent me the wrong item I purchased an open box exhaust for a gmc sierra but got sent brackets for a ram 2500. They won't even give me a refund they want to give me store credit when they don't even have the item I originally ordered.

Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
