American Trucks is outstanding beyond there means. There products are amazing, they ship fast, and they have never sent me defective products. There team is very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend you checking them out.
The first power steering gear box I received was damaged due to poor packaging. The gear box must weigh about 40 or 50 pounds. The only padding in the box was a very thin layer of styrofoam that looked like a cheap cooler you would buy night crawlers in to go fishing. The box, the styrofoam and the first gear box were pretty beat up when UPS dropped it off. I called American Truck customer service and they were great to deal with. I sent a few pics to them and they sent a new one out (got it in two days). Unfortunately….the shipping method was the same. The box was mangled as well as the foam insulation inside. I normally purchase my parts from Rock Auto and know the parts will be packaged and shipped properly. I was shocked to see how American Truck cuts corners on their packaging for shipping. I took a risk and had the gear box installed and so far it is working as it should. Not sure I would buy from them again know what I know now.

Bed mat has a ton of memory, wants to stay in circle, I have heavy stuff in bed just keep it down still don't want lay flat. My thing to everyone else get horse mat from local farm store cut it to shape out preforms the rough country mat by a mile.
Bak cover is awesome recommend to anyone! Super easy to install as well. Sits flat even in extreme winds 10 out of 10 for sure.

Like the look. Was told it was "tape on" but wasn't. Grill had to be loosened; which I really didn't want because they can loosen up after awhile and have to be retightened and possibly damaging the grill tabs.
I have a 2024 High Country Silverado; purchased the under seat rough country storage bin. The product for perfectly. Priced well, shipped nicely and delivered timely. Overall, very pleased with my purchase.
Attempted to buy a new hood for my husbands truck only to be told the one I purchased wasn't in stock and it might not be in stock for another month. Telling him about it only to have to say it's not in stock is disappointing, I wouldn't have purchased it had I know you didn't have it. Doubtful I'll do business with you in the future

I love shopping around on American Trucks, it's a very easy website to navigate and good deals happening all the time.
American trucks products come very fast and at a good price, I wouldn't go to any other website because of the prices and sales they have. The service is good and haven't had any problems with shipping or anything.
Haven't put part on yet. But come in intact and on time. Will use American trucks again.
All good. Part was as described except it didn't fit without slight modifications. Being a retired mechanic they were simple to diagnose and repair.
I ordered my parts, and before the day was out I received the email that the order shipped. I chose the standard shipping method, but the package was delivered the next day! American Trucks always pulls through!
I found the part I needed, ordered it, and it was delivered way before the estimated delivery date.
Great website for all truck needs. Ordered and received writhing 3 days. Cant beat it.
