I needed a passenger side mirror assembly and it was an easy order process. There was even a very helpful installation video on the website and I was able to change it myself saving several hundred dollars.

In early October, I ordered a set of leather seat covers for my new-to-me F250. The item was "in stock" and was to be received within a couple weeks... A couple weeks passed and I was notified the seat covers would not be available until December. After having to call their customer service to cancel the order I (shame on me) went back to the American Trucks website and found another set of leather seat covers that was "in stock" and would be delivered by Halloween, so I placed another order. Yesterday, I was notified these covers were delayed and would be shipped in December...
You're website says 1-3 days for delivery. About to be day #5. Just give me a refund.

My recent purchase from American Trucks was incredibly easy. I was looking for a set of step rails for my Ram 2500. American Trucks selection was massive. After making a selection, a installation video detailed how to install. Any possibility of fitment or installation failure was removed. I'll be looking for all my truck accessories at America Trucks
Was looking for shocks for my Tahoe. This website gave a lot of information about each product and had a tech rep available for any questions. My order was sent as promised and arrived undamaged. Exactly what I wanted and needed.

I usually do not have issues with American Trucks but this time I have to let everyone know what happened. I bought Rough Country shocks for the rear of my truck and they only lasted less than 1 year. They both busted their seals and they are under manufacturer warranty which is covered under American Trucks. I want a full refund but they will only give me another set of shocks. I do not want another set from Rough Country because of how bad they are and the defects. I just want my money back so that I can get new shocks and they will not allow this.
From reading other reviews this has happened quite a bit. I have also noticed that they will not allow nor submit your negative reviews on their site for a product. I tried submitting one 4 days ago and it looks like they denied it. Stay away from American Trucks, they do not value customer service. I have also submitted a complaint to BBB which by the way American Trucks is not a member of.
Another interesting fact which is terrible customer service is that they want the bad RMA product before they will ship the new product. How are you supposed to drive without shocks. Wow!

I wanted to start an RMA for my rear tail lights since they are already letting water in. I bought an extended warranty but apparently they are not using nor do they do the warranties in house. I chatted with MJ and he gave me a number to call to file a claim. I am not happy again that American Trucks does not handle their own warranties. They make it very difficult to get anything done. Stay Away From this Company!

I left you a voicemail regarding your review above, as far as the warranty for the shocks go unfortunately that is how our warranty works with the manurfactuers they only allow replacements not refunds. I see you spoke to someone back in July about this and accepted the replacement shocks that were delivered back in August. For the headlights you purchased with the extended warranty we offer with a 3rd party they are the ones who process the warranty claims since American Trucks does not offer a warranty in house only our 30 day return policy. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you and for the frustration you experienced with our company. Super fast ship and delivery. Product looked great and installed fairly well. Didn't give a 5 star as the bracket screws and nuts didn't fit to each other. Had to modify to make fit.

The drivers side blinker cover was cracked when I unpacked the pieces. Everything else was fine except for that one piece.

American Trucks is outstanding beyond there means. There products are amazing, they ship fast, and they have never sent me defective products. There team is very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend you checking them out.
The first power steering gear box I received was damaged due to poor packaging. The gear box must weigh about 40 or 50 pounds. The only padding in the box was a very thin layer of styrofoam that looked like a cheap cooler you would buy night crawlers in to go fishing. The box, the styrofoam and the first gear box were pretty beat up when UPS dropped it off. I called American Truck customer service and they were great to deal with. I sent a few pics to them and they sent a new one out (got it in two days). Unfortunately….the shipping method was the same. The box was mangled as well as the foam insulation inside. I normally purchase my parts from Rock Auto and know the parts will be packaged and shipped properly. I was shocked to see how American Truck cuts corners on their packaging for shipping. I took a risk and had the gear box installed and so far it is working as it should. Not sure I would buy from them again know what I know now.

Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
