Limited model has a digital rear view mirror inside and uses the camera built into OEM 3rd tail light. This item doesn't have that camera to hook up and so you lose that function. Don't see anywhere disclosing that information or I would have bought something else. Now need to replace anyways to keep the water from leaking in on oem model gaskets that fail.

I do apologize for all of the inconveince you have expierence with this. I have also issued you an additional voucher to use on your next purchase online or over the phone.
520$ manifold "kit"and they don't ship all the parts. Got my "kit" today and brought it to the shop to get installed just to realize they didn't put gaskets in the box. So here I am paying 520 for a partial order on top of paying 50 for new gaskets on top of 500 installation fee. But it's ok because they refunded me 25$!?!? Learn how to package all parts before shipping or not be so cheap when refunding. That 25 doesn't even pay for my gas to drop my truck off at the shop. Terrible customer service. This is the first and last time ordering off this site

American Trucks has always been good to me. I'm happy with the products and customer service I've received and my orders usually arrive super fast. The running boards look great and seem well made. The install was very easy. They go very well with the off road front and rear bumpers and brush gaurd that I also purchased from American Trucks and had professionally Line-xed. Ties the whole truck together nicely with the design and the Textured finish of these rugged running boards!

In early October, I ordered a set of leather seat covers for my new-to-me F250. The item was "in stock" and was to be received within a couple weeks... A couple weeks passed and I was notified the seat covers would not be available until December. After having to call their customer service to cancel the order I (shame on me) went back to the American Trucks website and found another set of leather seat covers that was "in stock" and would be delivered by Halloween, so I placed another order. Yesterday, I was notified these covers were delayed and would be shipped in December...

My recent purchase from American Trucks was incredibly easy. I was looking for a set of step rails for my Ram 2500. American Trucks selection was massive. After making a selection, a installation video detailed how to install. Any possibility of fitment or installation failure was removed. I'll be looking for all my truck accessories at America Trucks
