I ordered the part because your site said it world fit a RAM 2500. It didn't. I usually don't leave reviews like this but, I was told I'd have an RMA last week and haven't received it. It was a hassle getting through the first time. I just want to return it.

Not so much from American Trucks but from Red Rock. They need to define the Yr, Make, and model better with regards to the Ram 4th and 5th generation. Example: If I have a 2023 1500 Classic, I would have to order parts as a 2018. However, if I have a 2023 Ram I order parts as a 2023 Ram.
Everything came right up without any problems. We'll see how delivery goes.

I had cancelled with another company because they just kept putting me off said it might be a month so I just canceled it and went called you guys and it went wonderful and the sales person was very knowledgeable friendly and told us exactly what to expect and sure enough it is on its way to be delivered tomorrow I understand and that is excellent customer service Give the guy a pat on the back.

I have been shopping for power running boards, but was a little concerned about the fit, cost, and installation. Found a great looking set of fixed running boards on American trucks and pulled the trigger. My wife and I got them installed today in less than an hour, easy peasy.

I found what I wanted, ordered it, and then the emails started. Over 20 emails in 3 days time. Absolutely ridiculous. Item was fine and arrived ontime. They will absolutely bombard you with useless emails afterwards though.
